How can I access the membership page?
After you purchased the program/product, you will receive a registration link via email.

Make sure to use the same exact email address when registering for the members area or else you will not be able to access the class materials and videos.

If in case the email gets lost in the internet space, please email my web guy Stanley at stanley@dumanig.biz. Be sure to check your spam inbox though as it might be there.

I requested for a new password but didnt get any email, what to do now?
If you havent received any reset password email within 24 hours, email Stanley at Stanley@dumanig.biz.
How can I reset my password?
Every site/program/course or product (Ex. VoSecretSystem.com) has a member login button on the top and/or bottom of the page. Click on the Member Login button and you’ll be redirected to the login page. You’ll find the Forgot Password link below the Login Form. Just follow the on-screen instructions when resetting your password. 

A link will be sent to your email to reset your password so make sure you check your email. And check your spam inbox as it might go there. 

If all your several attempts to reset the password fails, please contact my web guy Stanley at stanley@dumanig.biz and he’ll be glad to assist you.

 When Do the videos from the classes get uploaded to the site so I can watch them?
We record the webinars as we are doing them. After we are done, it takes a while to get them edited, “rendered” and uploaded to the site. This will sometimes take as long as 24 hours. Please be patient, we’ll have them up as soon as we can!
Are the sessions being recorded?
Yes, All sessions are recorded, but it’s always better to be on live so you have a chance to ask YOUR questions.
How do I access my account to get to the videos?

What’s the Difference between being a “participant” and being a “fly on the wall”?
Participants get to interact and partipage actively in the class. “Flys” as we affectionately call them, get to watch the webinars in real time or via the recorded sessions without personally interacting with the instructor.
Do Flys get the same study materials as the “participants”?
Yes, all “Flys” get the same study materials to learn from and follow along.
What’s my user name and password?
If you have bought a Bill DeWees Product/Class, our system will automatically create a password and send it to you.

If you have bought a Dave Fennoy Product/Class, you will receive an email containing a register link.

 I have participated in multiple classes with you guys, do I have the same login info for all of them? If not, how do I separate them?
Bill DeWees Members area are centralised, you will see all your unlocked product purchases in one account.

All of Dave Fennoy Members area are unique. Each class requires you to register an account for the members area.

Who do I contact with any issues or problems I’m having?

How long will it take someone to get back to me to help me or correct a problem I’m having?
Most questions and problems are cleared up pretty quickly. Usually in less than 24 hours. We want to get it fixed as soon as possible for you. However, Stanley, our webmaster is based in the Philippines. If the issue is technical enough to warrant his involvement, it may take a day or two. Particularly on weekends. Forgive us for that! We will do our best to get it taken care of ASAP.
